happy republic day to all!
observed the festival at home with family and, afterwards, at office with colleagues and respected members. also observed following salient things about it:
I) One respected member remarked exceptionally well and i quote him .. OUR EFFORTS MIGHT BE ONLY A SINGLE DROP IN THIS GREAT OCEAN, BUT IF WE DONOT MAKE ANY EFFORT, THE OCEAN'S STRENGTH WOULD BE LESS BY ONE DROP.
II) Another respected Member remarked that nothing is more significant than our country. No Profession, however noble or elite it be considered, is above the Nation.
III) I observed at the event that GANTANTRA DIWAS PAR MILNE WAALE LADDOO KA SWAAD KISI BHI LUNCH; SANDWICHES; RASGULLON ITYAADI KE SWAAD SE KAHIN JYADA HOTA HAI. So, our beloved Laddoos.. we missed you alot!
IV) haalanki hum har chhetra mein aur har star par samaanta ki baat karte hain, fir bhi humare hi yahan ek nai vidweshatmak vyavastha ne janm le rakha hai aur wo hai Professional Eliticism. kuchh members ahankaar aur dwesh mein itna doobe rehte hain ki unko desh ka, aur deshwasiyon ka zara bhi maan nahi. gaadi par chalne waale log jameen se jyonhi zara sa upar kya uthte hain, khud ko hi khuda maane lagte hain! :-(
V) Bharat Sarkaar bahut bahut badhhai ki paatra hai yadi wo ek Financial Reporting Regulations and Control ke liye ek nai Authority ke gathan ke apne decision ko sincerely implement karti hai. kyunki audit ki field mein koi wastawik sarkaari niyamak atyant avashyak hai. Maine pehle bhi likha hai ki koi bhi financial fraud ya scam tab tak nahi sambhav hai jab tak us vyakti athwa sansthan ka Auditor aise na chahe. in auditors ko check karne wala koi imaandaar auditor nahi hai. Sarkaari Niyamak hone se shayad yeh virodhabhaas kam ho jaaye aur baaki bache apne vyavsaya evam rashtra ke prati samarpit auditors ke prati aam janta ke mann mein vishwas ki bahaali ho sake!
